Wool is an incredible natural fibre- it is highly insulating, soft, breathable, antibacterial and sustainable. Our knitwear is made in New Zealand from the finest Merino wool.

Woollen garments hardly ever need washing, as the fibres are breathable and do not absorb odours. Wool should only be washed when necessary, and it will last longer the less frequently you wash it.

• Always use a mild detergent specifically for wool. Wash by hand with cool water, avoiding stretching and pulling whilst doing so.
• Never leave your garment to soak for too long as this can cause pilling and shrinkage. Rinse through thoroughly with fresh water.
• Dry the garment flat and placed in its normal shape.

Each keepsake is embroidered-to-order and may vary from the photos based on the personalisation selections. For example, longer personalisations may be smaller to fit inside the maximum embroidery field.

Personalised items are not eligible for returns unless the item is faulty. We do our best to check your order throughly before shipping, however if you notice a fault, we are very sorry and happy to resolve it quickly for you- please contact our team at hello@namesakestore.com promptly with photos of the issue.

Non-personalised items are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving your order if in new condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
