All products are embroidered-to-order by our small team in New Zealand and we aim to make and dispatch all orders in 7 working days.

Shipping
Australia orders are sent with FedEx express which takes 1-2 days or FedEx Rural which takes 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
New Zealand orders are sent with overnight courier, so you should receive your order 1-2 days from dispatch.
Rest of World is sent with FedEx Express and takes up to 1 week
Returns
Personalised items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please ensure that all text is entered exactly how you would like it to be embroidered i.e. caps, spacing, etc.
Size: 18cm wide at the top, 25cm width at the toe and 48cm length. This stocking is smaller than the Holiday pattern stocking.
100% Linen
Machine wash at max. 30°C with a gentle detergent. Avoid bleach. Line dry.
